Postpartum Support

MY MISSION AS YOUR POSTPARTUM DOULA: 

As your Postpartum Doula I will aim to educate you on evidence base infant care and care for yourself. I will be there to assess the needs of your family and try to ease the stress of recovery, a new baby, and everyday life.

WHY HIRE A POSTPARTUM DOULA?

-Emotional support and positive affirmation of parenting choices

WHAT I PROVIDE:

I will be there for you and your family to help support and guide you through. Whether it be your first child or your third, I will be there to lend a hand, offer emotional support, provide resources, and answer questions you may have.
